This is a unique opportunity to learn about Blood Flow Restriction training with the creator of the Sports Rehab Tourniquet, Dr Chris Gaviglio.

By the end of the course, you will learn:

  • How and why BFR works
  • The benefits of BFR across a spectrum of different athletics abilities including, general population, injury rehabilitation and elite athletes
  • Discuss the indications and contraindications of BFR training
  • The safe and effective placement of BFR cuffs
  • How to include BFR into your own training (or that of your clients).

This 4 hour workshop will be a mix of theory and practical so if you want to know more about BFR, this will be a great opportunity to see and experience first-hand how BFR can benefit you.
