In just under four weeks times I will be in my hometown of Brisbane to put on a BFR workshop.

- The benefits of BFR across a spectrum of different athletics abilities including, general population, injury rehabilitation and elite athletes

- The safe and effective placement of BFR cuffs
- How to include BFR into your own training (or that of your clients).
