Upper body finishers can be useful for those who want to increase their upper body muscle size and general training ability.
In an athletic population these are ideally performed in the General Preparatory Phase and are also great for "hard gainers".
I've added in BFR to increase the metabolic stress and response from this session. This is also fantastic as it allows the athlete to get more work performed during the session without the fatiguing mechanical stress associated with high load lifting.
This finisher uses one bar and 3 exercises and one set equals:
1. Front Raises x 8 reps
2. Upright Row x 8 reps
3. Bicep Curls 8-10reps per exercise
Rest 60 seconds and complete your next set.
3 sets total
